When it comes to the Saloon itself, it's pretty much just kitchen knives.

You investigate ALL the windows. You confirm there's a second floor one above the southwest window of the Saloon.

Is it possible to make the knife throw while hangin' outta this window? Maybe danglin' upside down?

You stick yourself out of the window a few different ways.

If you do it without any equipment or gear, then you can't reach. No matter how you try, by your feet or your hands, you just can't reach the first floor window from the second floor window.

You give the walls of the Saloon a check. You don't see any damage, odd marks, or other indications of things going on with the walls.

Reginald has a few cameras with attached sensors, a camera with no sensor, a helmet, a big floppy hat, and some thick mining gear under his clothes.

He also appears to be covered in piss.

Other than that, nothing stands out about him. No more than the ordinary amounts of wet and mud.

You use a hose, and fill in some water to see if the objects move.

The answer appears to be: yes, but they would start to be scattered around in a way they were not.

How much volume does the discarded tunnel trash amount to? Is it an amount that could be transported by a single person without a tool? Would it be noticeable if carried around?

You scour the walls and the ceiling. There's no secret traps set up there. Just birthday decorations.

It looks like it's a quantity that would be reasonable to carry on your person in your regular inventory, without necessarily requiring a specific method of transport.
