Donkey Kong Bananza and Mario Kart World are both $60 standalone, with MKW's physical Japanese version being $67.

Apparently, Nintendo of Japan does not understand business economics.

You could register your interest to buy from Nintendo on April 2nd, but invitations have always been set to go out in May in the US. Nintendo of Europe started sending out emails to preorder over a week ago, I think. If at this point Nintendo of America knows which users will be receiving invitations you'd think it'd be wise to let them know as to take pressure off other retailers and have more units available for other people.
