There are no cannons.
Really? Are cannons not your style, Deathborn?

Fire off a shotgun off the gun store rack too while we're at it, just to have more sounds to compare.

Grab one of everything from the Gun Store and plenty of ammo. Fire 'em one at a time in the Gamblin' Parlor to see if any of 'em sound right.

That's a lot of gunshots.

Anyhow, people can go ahead and memory check.

For future reference, a high caliber shotgun matches the loud gunshot people heard.

Does the buckshot on the ground outside the yellow building match the ammo fer a high caliber shotgun?

You look at the high-caliber shotgun you previously fired, and dig out its buckshot.

The answer is yes, it matches.

Is it possible to use a downward shotgun blast in mid-air to soften a fall or jump, such as off a building roof?

You take the high caliber shotgun, and Ranger helps you climb up to the roof.

You leap off, and aim the shotgun downwards. Halfway down, you fire. The recoil of the high-caliber gun blasts you up a little, arresting your momentum, before you fall again.

When you hit the ground, it hurts a little, but you stand up and dust yourself off. So, yes.

Is there any hidden doors behind the bar?

You check back here. There's a tunnel under the floorboards that leads to underneath the bed of King of Clubs, in the Prickly Pear Dorm.

You poke around the Brewery, the Gambling Parlor, the Restaurant, and the Hotel. You don't find any hidden doors or passageways.

Try doin' the same thing as Mizzlebip and see if I can pull it off.

You repeat this. On the way down, you have a vision of landing hard and breaking all your bones.

But in reality, you can do the same stunt, and successfully soften your landing to the point where you easily spring up afterwards.

Check the gun storage (if not already checked) and the cemetery

If possible - fire off the shotgun on the roof near where the buckshots are - can you hear the shot from the red building/locomotive or the graveyard?

Quote:[4:42 PM]The Niles With No Crane: I just meant in general if they'd not already been checked - for gun storage I guess check what exactly is missing, if any of the high caliber shotguns seem to have been used and put back
You run this test, and have people stand in the Cemetery and the Locomotive.

You can lightly hear it in the Cemetery, but the person standing in the Locomotive can't make it out at all.

You check the Cemetery. Nothing special except for a new grave dedicated to Jessica.

You check the Gun Shop, and closely examine the high-caliber shotguns. One of them has a pair of bloody gloves wadded up and shoved inside.

Inspect those gloves. Look anything like the gloves from yesterday? What material are they made from?
#139
Reginald Fikwerther
Is there any signs of people coming in through any windows upstairs and/or some other upstairs area of the gun shop?
#140
Ranger
Is the buckshot on the north or east side of the yellow building?

By the by, do them gloves match the ones Jessica left behind yesterday? If so, is that pair still there?
