It looks like it's halfway carved, but not in a "it's a perfect top half and a solid block of wood bottom half." It's more that the whole thing has the basic shape, contours, and features of Mayor Bud, but the little details and finer aspects have not been whittled yet.

You do this. It looks like you can create a similar dye with the red rocks and some oil or some gelatin. You aren't sure if this is the exact red dye that Bud has applied.

Beyond the Atua injuries and Bud's blue tint, you can't find anything else.
